Welcome to Why Mediate
After a twenty-five year career in human resources, and without a law degree, I decided to help attorneys settle their employment cases.
There are not many of us "non-attorneys" (have you ever heard of a non-doctor?) mediating litigated cases. I am one of them.
In the following months, I'll be sharing my insights about employment disputes, negotiation strategy and tactics and case evaluation.
